Happy Monday! Welcome back to Illuminated by U and to another installment of Mindful Monday. This week, we are keeping it short, simple, and sweet. I want to provide you with a mantra to incorporate into your daily routine, meditations, and for use whenever you’re feeling anxious, worried, or otherwise unwell.
Your mantra: I trust me.
This was my very first meditative mantra, and still one of my favorites to this day. So much so that I actually have it hand stamped onto a key chain that I take with me everywhere that I go. I trust me. My abilities. My willingness. My capability. My resilience. My intelligence. I trust me.
